JET's journey began as a real estate development startup, turned premier

real estate investment platform, and multi-brand enterprise, specializing in developing niche brands in emerging demand markets.


CEO Jesse Baker grew inspiration from firm belief that social interactions

are an opportunity to cultivate positive and meaningful relationships. Jesse ensures genuine care and personalization to be injected into each and every Guest Experience. 

JET Hospitality has created travel accommodations with an alternative approach. We have taken the good old-time travel days of yore, and

injected it to modern day by providing fun, functional,

and affordable travel to get you outside.

Our properties offer the choice of Bungalow or Lodge Suites, Tiny Homes, Glamping, and traditional RV sites. Additionally, there are fabulous shared amenities, an in-house events and retreats team, great surrounding regional attributes/activities, and Wow-worthy experiences for everyone.

Guests are set to JET and enjoy wonderful domestic travel.

Many of us are tired of congested lobbies, worn-out home decor, and the overall hassle of traditional lodgings, so we created a different approach for travel. Remember road trips, airstreams, and of course (the classic) roadside motel? It may not be 1957, but a rebirth of classic Americana adventure is here.


We cater to RV goers, with full hookups and easily access slips, but have a range of lodging options at all of our locations so that your non-RV friends and family can join in on the fun too! (Tiny homes, glamping options, and lodge or bungalow accommodations can be found at all of our JET properties.)


We've now opened up three properties in the West, with our eyes on location four. Whether you're an adventurous nomad, family of four, or have been bitten by the post-COVID wanderlust bug-- everyone can reset at Jet. Each JET property boasts beautiful natural surroundings, awesome on-site amenities, and one-of-a-kind "welcome home" hospitality. We're also paw-friendly. 

Glamping, tiny homes, bungalows, and even RV options--all of our properties have a wide array of lodging choice. Our personal favorite? GLAMPING. Take a deluxe hotel suite, swap out the walls for canvas, the tacky central air for a cozy wood stove, add some pizazz--and you've got glamping!


Each one of our Glamping Tents comes with a deluxe king or queen size frame and comfortable mattress, high-grade hotel linens, plush pillows, a classic Pendleton blanket, bistro table seating, rug, chandelier, USB accessible table-side lamps, bottled water, towels, a cozy woodburning stove, wifi, a spa-like central bathhouse, and the sweet sweet sound of nature to lull you to sleep. Mr. Baker is Founder & CEO of Jet City Capital Management and Principal of JET Hospitality. Launched in 2015, the firm has quickly grown from a boutique real estate development startup into a premier real estate investment platform and multi-brand enterprise specializing in developing niche brands in emerging demand markets.

After joining Kidder Mathews in 2014, Mr. Baker earned his WA State Certified General Appraiser License (20102160) in March 2020, and was promoted to Vice President before leaving the firm shortly thereafter to run JCCM and subsidiaries full time.  Jesse appraised or provided consulting services on 100+ Lodging Properties in the WA and ID, growing the firm's reputation as the premier lodging advisory presence in the Pacific Northwest.

Prior to joining KM, Mr. Baker earned multiple promotions in leadership roles with Cintas Corporation. He graduated the Management Trainee Program in 2010, was promoted to Service Manager (2011), and Operations Manager (2013). Prior to leaving Cintas, Mr. Baker ran the company's the third largest document shredding facility in the country, Fremont, CA, overseeing service and plant ops and a $10MM+ Annual P&L.

Jesse Baker graduated from The Hotel School at Cornell University in 2009 with B.S. in Hospitality Management and a Real Estate Minor. He was a four-year member of the Cornell Varsity Football Team, earning three Varsity Letters as a Wide Receiver and 2nd Team All-Ivy Honors in 2008.  His entrepreneurial career began at Age 7 in Boulder, CO.

Aaron’s passion for hospitality brought him to Cornell University where he graduated in 2009 with a B.S. in Hospitality Management, along with a minor in Real Estate.  A native of Oregon, he was anxious to return west and accepted a position at Four Star Realty in Boulder, CO. In the last 10 years, Aaron has been instrumental in transforming this asset management firm into a powerhouse along the Colorado Front Range.   His current role has him overseeing a team of 25 that manages a portfolio of 4000 beds adjacent to the University of Colorado.


His inspiration comes from the belief that all social interactions are an opportunity to cultivate positive and fulfilling relationships.  That vision translates to Aaron’s role at Jet Hospitality where he is inspires creativity that ensures genuine care and personalization is injected into each and every Guest Experience.


Aaron’s love for people extends to his stunning wife, Ashley, and their two kids, Bruce and Lucille.  They enjoy embarking on unique family adventures and appreciate spending free time performing “quality control” on all the amazing experiences Jet Hospitality has to offer.




Through cultivated relationships, we identify underperforming properties in target markets, and ethically negotiate mutually beneficial terms and quick acquisitions.

We create a sense of place, at a fraction of the cost with strategically designed properties that drive experience, ADR, and maximum value + return.

Our in-house, mobile construction team, executes the value add program in completion times under half that of large general contractors.

JET applies cohesive brand excellence across all platforms: Engaging social, current reviews, easy to navigate sites with direct (and third party) booking, targeted ads/ SEO, and grassroot savvy, drive exposure + growth.
